Tips:

  • Keep bread in a freezer. Take it out a few hours before the meal. Right before a meal, make it wet and put in an oven for 10-15 minutes under 300-350 degrees. The bread will become irresistibly delicious.
  • We make cookies with a slow fermentation process, just like bread. That's why they are packed with precious nutrients! These are not your "regular" cookies! We never use soda or baking powder. Hence, keep cookies in a freezer too. Put them in an oven for a few minutes before enjoying them.
  • Our kefir is extremely beneficial food. Rich, live, active probiotic (derived with wild fermentation; no "artificial" probiotics added). It's also delicious, arguably more delicious than similar diary products. Keep it in the fridge. If you like sweets, it's excellent with any sweetener of your preference. An exceptional treat!
